swing cam

The eccentric swing paper transfer mechanism was widely used in offset press, and the paper transfer cam is in the highest accuracy requirements in paper transfer mechanism.

The parts design and principle were discussed that includes the oblique plane, the swing arm parallelogram, and the end plane cam.

In this paper, the theory of cam profiling by CNC swing type camshaft grinder is analyzed.

For now, high defect rate and large noise in the grinding process are the main defects of the domestic polishing machine. As for the polishing head, serious cam concentrated wear, low kinematic accuracy of the swing link and high repair rate are the main flaws.
